GROUND FLOOR
Entrance hallway leading to: LOUNGE - furnished with comfortable three-piece suite and colour TV with Freeview and DVD player, video and living flame gas fire. SECOND SITTING ROOM - has a massive inglenook fireplace with a logburning stove, furnished with traditional farmhouse furniture, sofa and easy chairs.
DINING ROOM also has an inglenook, wooden laminate floor, a large dining table and chairs, CD player.
LARGE BATHROOM on ground floor has a tiled floor, freestanding roll top bath with hand held shower attachment, wash hand basin and WC.
KITCHEN was originally the dairy and still has many traditional features that blend together and is well-equipped with kitchen units, automatic washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, large stainless steel range style cooker with gas hob electric oven, grill, warming oven and microwave oven.
FIRST FLOOR
Main Bedroom - is very spacious with pine four poster double bed.
Second Bedroom - has twin beds.
Third Bedroom - has a double bed.
Fourth Bedroom - is a smaller room with bunk beds suitable for children.
Shower Room - with WC and wash hand basin.
A cot and highchair are supplied.
Bedlinen is provided for the beds which have duvets with additional throws for winter warmth. There is FULL GAS central heating throughout which will be charged at £30 per week when required, all electricity will be charged for according to use.

This Stone holiday cottage in Trefin, North Pembrokeshire is an ideal touring base for a self catering holiday with many sandy beaches and picturesque harbours to visit, as well as the smallest Cathedral City of St David's closeby
The cottage has been carefully renovated by the local owner who has retained its traditional character and pleasant atmosphere throughout. The stable door opens into the hallway and into the attractive lounge diner which is spacious and full of character with open high beamed ceilings and terracotta tiled floors and features a spectacular stone chimney breast with multifuel stove, ideal for chilly evenings. The lounge area is furnished with comfortable leather sofa, easy chairs, coffee table, grandfather clock, colour TV, video and CD Hi Fi system, the dining area contains a pine table with matching chairs and a pine Welsh dresser. The kitchen is the old part of the cottage and it features the original beamed ceiling and Simne Fawr (inglenook) with a royal blue Rayburn cooker (that runs the central heating and hot water).
The kitchen is well-equipped with limed oak fitted units, terracotta-tiled floor, combination microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and automatic washer drier. The bathroom contains bath with overhead shower, wash hand basin and WC. The master bedroom contains a pine four poster bed and is prettily draped with light green hangings, pine wardrobe and fitted dressing table. The second bedroom contains two pine single beds, with matching furniture. Pretty bedlinen is provided for the beds which all have duvets. A travel cot and highchair are provided. All the rugs for the cottage have been made by the Woollen Mill close by. There is a small secluded lawned area in front of the cottage and a gravelled area to the side ideal for parking two cars. Garden furniture is provided. There is full gas central heating throughout the cottage and all gas and electricity is charged accordingly. Regrettably no pets. Dale Beach (excellent sailing), Musselwick Sands (access from the Coastal Path), Martins Haven (boat trips to Skomer Island Nature Reserve) and Marloes Sands (superb crescent of golden sand with beautiful rocky outcrops and wonderful cliffs) are all close-by.

The barn has been carefully converted into a lovely cottage and many of the original features still remain. There are massive exterior stone steps (as well as an internal staircase), vaulted beamed ceilings and stone walls all enhancing the character of the property. The LOUNGE - DINING room is located on the first floor and benefits from distant sea views. It has exposed beamed ceiling, logburning stove, a small balcony leading to the external staircase, and is furnished with comfortable sofas, easy chairs, pine dining table and chairs, colour TV with Freeview and DVD player, CD player and items of occasional furniture. The KITCHEN - also on this floor, is fully fitted with electric cooker, automatic washer/drier, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave oven. The SHOWER ROOM contains shower cubicle, wash hand basin and WC.
Downstairs there is a further BATHROOM containing bath, wash hand basin and WC.
The MASTER BEDROOM contains a pine kingsize bed, the SECOND BEDROOM has twin beds and BEDROOM THREE has bunk beds. Bedlinen is provided for the beds which all have duvets. A cot and highchair are provided.
There is night storage heating and electric heating throughout and electricity will be charged according to use.
