Llangrannog is situated on the Cardigan Heritage Coast, an area of outstanding natural beauty with spectacular scenery and many Coastal Paths, where dolphins and seals are frequently seen from cliff tops.

Entrance through front door to the middle level of the house, down to the ground level where the kitchen and lounge are situated. The kitchen has its original pine panelling with a newly fitted Shaker style kitchen with integrated fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine with a pine dining table and 6 chairs. The lounge has a woodburning stove set into the original inglenook and is furnished comfortably with a TV, DVD player, sofa, easy chairs and items of occasional furniture. There is a stable door leading to the patio area as described previously. The second sitting room is on the middle floor and has a working Victorian fireplace, music system and occasional furniture. Bedroom 1 is also on this floor and has a double bed, fitted cupboard, wash hand basin and the original shutters to the window. On the next level are a further two bedrooms. The Master bedroom on the top floor has its original pine walls and ceiling, beautiful views over the valley and is fitted with traditional furniture and a colour TV. Bedroom 3 has two single beds, both bedrooms have adequate bedroom furniture and all the beds are made up with fresh linen for your arrival. The bathroom has a bath with over bath shower fitment, WC and wash hand basin. A cot, highchair and stair gate are available. There are night storage heaters and electric heaters throughout the cottage. Electricity is charged at the rate of £15 per week June to September inclusive and £25 per week at all other times. Logs for the woodburner are available for Winter use at £3 per bag - notify owner if required. There is parking for unloading outside the cottage and thereafter in the nearby car park.
