In the lounge area there is large stone fireplace with multifuel stove, additional French windows leading to the rear garden, comfortable sofas, (one which converts to a double sofa bed), colour TV with satellite, DVD, CD player and items of occasional furniture. The property is wi fi enabled. Upstairs is again very spacious, the master bedroom provides a double bed, bedroom furniture, exposed beams and has French doors onto the patio area. The second bedroom, with exposed beams, has 2 single beds with a further 2 pull out 3' single beds underneath, also bedroom furniture and DVD player (no TV reception). Bedlinen is provided for all the beds. The bathroom contains a curved shower bath with overhead shower, wash hand basin and WC. A cot and highchair are also available. There is full oil fired central heating throughout the property which will be charged at £30 per week from October to April; electricity is included in the rental. There is a large garden around the property and in the rear garden there is a patio, garden furniture and barbecue area. Ample parking. One small well-behaved pet is welcome. Towels provided at no extra charge.

There are two staircases in the house and the main staircase leads to the master bedroom which contains a kingsize pine bedstead and matching furniture, the second bedroom has twin beds. The third bedroom can be accessed via either staircase and benefits from wonderful sea views, it provides a double bed and also has the luxury of a freestanding Victorian bath, the fourth bedroom has a single bed and a Z bed for occasional use, this room also has a communicating door through to the master bedroom, making it ideal as a child's bedroom. Bedlinen is provided for all the beds, which have duvets. The main bathroom contains a Victorian freestanding bath, wash hand basin and WC; there is also a shower room providing, shower cubicle, wash hand basin, and WC. A cot and highchair are provided, no stair gates. There is full oil central heating through out the property and all heating and electricity charges are inclusive in the rental. There is a good sized, enclosed garden with a new patio at the property, which overlooks the sea, garden furniture provided. There is parking for 3 - 4 cars on the driveway to the side of the property. No pets at the property. Towels are available on request at £3 per guest.
