The bathroom contains bath with overhead shower, wash hand basin and WC. The ground floor bedroom contains a 4'6" bed. The open tread staircase leads up to a further two bedrooms, the main bedroom contains a double bed, the second bedroom contains twin beds. Linen is provided for the beds which have duvets and blankets. A cot, highchair and stair gate are provided and also a selection of toys and games for infants. In front of the cottage is a gravelled courtyard with ample parking, to the rear of the cottage is a large lawned garden ideal for the children to play. Large picnic table provided. Full gas central heating throughout the cottage. Electricity and Gas will be charged at £25 per week from September to May and £40 per week at all other times. We regret no pets at this property.
