The bathroom contains bath, wash hand basin and WC. There is a well kept garden with cottage flowers, a patio area and lawn area to the side of the property. Seats and table are provided. There are electric heaters throughout the cottage and electricity is charged for by coin meter.  There is ample parking at the side of the cottage.  Regrettably no pets.  Towels available at £3 per guest.

Entrance is into the large open plan living area with a high exposed A frame vaulted ceiling, oak floors and a bespoke oak fireplace.  The kitchen area has a range of hand made wooden units with an integral 6 burner DeLonghi range cooker, combi microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer and storage cupboards.  The dining area has a large table with seating for 8.  The sitting area has an unusual bespoke oak fireplace with an inset gas fire, two very large comfy sofas, coffee table, sideboard, TV with DVD and freesat, CD and video.  A comprehensive library of books, games, DVDs videos and CDs is provided.  A second pleasant sitting area with patio doors to both of the patio areas is furnished with 4 comfortable chairs and occasional furniture.  There are two bedrooms on the ground floor - both of which are furnished with twin beds, bedside table, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.  The downstairs shower room contains a large power shower, WC and wash hand basin.  Stairs lead to the master bedroom which is furnished with a double bed, and a cot bed which will sleep a child of up to 5 years, bedside tables, dressing table and a wardrobe.  There is an en-suite bathroom with a "Jack and Jill" door to the landing.  The bathroom has a white suite of extra large bath with a hand held shower attachment, WC and handbasin.  All the beds are made up with duvets and fresh linen for your arrival.  Towels are available at £3 per guest.  A standard cot and highchair are available on request.  No pets.  There is gas central heating throughout; this is included in the rental year round.  There is space to park two cars outside the cottage, more available in the car park across the road (£1 per day).  The property overlooks the commons area and adjoins the historic town walls.  There are 3 patio areas to choose from with 2 sets of garden furniture and portable BBQs.  A payphone is provided.  There is a children's play area across the road in the park.  Internet access at local library.
