Aberporth and Tresaith beaches are both just 3 miles from the property and the market town of Cardigan is 6 miles. There is plenty to see and do in the area including walking the Ceredigion heritage coastal path, visiting the butterfly farm, riding on a steam train, eating honey ice cream at Aberaeron or watching the dolphins in New Quay harbour.
Entrance is into the conservatory which is furnished with a cane three piece suite as well as a small breakfast table with 2 chairs. A door leads to the hallway and through to the very spacious sitting room which has an electric fire in the fireplace, a deep carpet and is furnished with a comfortable three piece suite, coffee table, sideboard, TV with freesat, DVD and a selection of books and games. Large glazed patio doors lead to the conservatory. The kitchen has a range of fully fitted units with an integral electric cooker, dishwasher and fridge. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer and a door which leads to the garden and to the utility room where there is a large freezer and space for storing bikes and surf boards. The dining room has a dining table and 6 chairs, hostess trolley and a sideboard. There are three spacious bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and built in wardrobes. There is an en-suite bathroom with a suite of bath, separate large shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, bedside tables, a chest of drawers and built in wardrobes. Bedroom 3 has twin beds, bedside chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe. The family bathroom has a suite of bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin. The beds will be made up with fresh linen for your arrival. Towels are available to hire at £3 per guest. A travel cot and highchair are available. Up to 2 pets are welcome. No smoking in the bungalow. There is full gas central throughout the property, this is included in the rental from May to September and charged for at a flat rate of £35 at all other times - please leave your payment at the property. There is a double garage for guests use as well as a large drive with space for several cars and a boat. The huge garden is at the back of the house and is surrounded by high hedges. There is a pergola, garden furniture, shrubs and borders and two large lawned area. There is a further lawn area to the side and front which is not enclosed.
