There is a galleried area, which for safety purposes is not accessible but makes a lovely feature to the room. The kitchen is well-equipped with a range of light oak fitted units, large pine dresser with plenty of storage space, breakfast table and chairs, full sized cooker, microwave oven and dishwasher. Also a fridge/freezer, automatic washing machine and tumble drier in the rear utility room. There are three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, wardrobe and bedside table. Bedroom 3 has a single bed, dressing table, chest of drawers and bedside table. All beds are made up with fresh linen for your arrival. The bathroom has a bath with overhead electric shower and wash hand basin. The WC is adjacent. There is a lovely lawned garden and patio area to the rear with garden furniture. Ample parking to the fore. There is full oil fired central heating throughout the property. Oil is charged for at a flat rate of £35 per week from October to April inclusive. The kitchen area contains a large pine table and matching chairs and in the corner of this room is an antique pine dresser and Welsh settle. The utility room is ideal for storing beach equipment and contains an automatic washing machine, tumble drier and freezer. In a separate cloakroom there is a wash hand basin and WC. A wooden staircase leads to three pretty bedrooms. Bedrooms 1&2 both have double beds with fitted wardrobes and vanity units. Bedroom 3 contains twin beds with matching bedroom furniture.
